Welcome to the second installment of Urban Legends. Ghosts are either the souls of dead people trapped in this earthly realm, or entities from some other dimension. Sometimes they manifest themselves in this world through various means. Tonight, I urge you to close the door, turn off the lights, and prepare for this second installment of Urban Legends.
Ghosts are apparitions or spirits that can appear when you least expect it. The following media gathered across the internet and other sources contains alleged hauntings and is up to the viewer to discern whether they're fact or fiction.
Ghost photography
Ghost photography has been an interesting phenomena. Usually the ghosts are not seen at the time of recording. The following pictures are taken at alleged hauntings their sources vary, it is up to the viewer to decide if they're real or not.
Ghost Video
Ghost Photography was the phenomena of ghosts appearing in pictures, but now ghosts can appear on video. The following videos are footage from alleged hauntings taken from various locations and times.
Ghost Audio
Electronic voice phenomena, or EVP for short, describes the ability for electronic voice recorders to pick up disembodies voices. These EVPs have been captured while ruling out background noise, whispering, or other noises. The following audioclips have been spliced together and will be played twice for clarity.
Figure in Red
This time, I wanted to tell you about a figure I kept seeing since the mid-2000s. Sometimes, ghosts can be seen out of the corner of your eye. They can stay for a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes. Sometimes they're everywhere, sometimes not. This one seemed to be following me everywhere I go. This figure was reddish-orange. All he did was stand there sometimes. I saw him on the driveway one time as I was pulling in, he appeared near the garage door, seemingly to walk out of it. Then he appeared in my kitchen near the counter-tops, as if leaning, then he disappeared. Whoever he is, he doesn't seem human. I may be dealing with a demon or an extra-dimensional entity.
Just one last thing before we conclude.
Ghosts are everywhere there are hauntings. They are there to remind us of our pasts. They merely are after-images of tragedies and trauma. They truly do haunt this world.
